Social Media Analyst

You will be responsible for:

  • Reports Data and Insights: Assisting in writing bespoke cross-market reports (across paid and organic social data) for global clients and delivering them on time and to a high standard
  • Optimising Reports: Implementing programmes and processes to optimise digital reporting
  • Data: Researching and analysing key data to optimise performance of existing ads and campaigns
  • Data handling: Downloading and processing social media performance data
  • Campaign implementation: Supporting the team and taking initiative in setting up, optimising and delivering paid media campaigns
  • Channels: Working across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest
    Presentation and delivery: Develop presentations and spreadsheets on PowerPoint and Excel respectively

ESSENTIAL Skills:

  • you must be analytical and adept with numbers
  • have a strong attention to detail
  • have a passion for developing reports to reflect the success of the campaign
  • Microsoft Excel whizz
  • accuracy is a strong point, as well as be ready to double-check (and triple-check) your work

IDEAL Skills:

  •  You will have a background in marketing / digital advertising / social advertising as well as placement experience for at least 6 months in social / paid social
  • Ability to learn and understand performance metrics social metrics and be comfortable analysing data and explaining it within reports

Social Media Executive

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the team on insights gathered from the community to continually increase overall performance.
  • Work with Account management team to understand client business goals, requirements, and current marketing plans.
  • Work with our clients and internal teams to develop campaigns and approaches that use social media to engage audiences. Brief and work with the creative team to bring ideas to life and achieve success.
  • Reporting: Create regular performance reports for clients to improve the overall performance of the pages and further engage with communities.
  • Research & Insights: Track community metrics to build project-based reports that summarise qualitative community insights, data on client projects, analyse the performance of campaigns and make recommendations on how clients can increase ROI.
  • Brainstorm new creative ideas for encouraging engagement based on mined community insights.
  • Moderation: Daily community management tasks include moderating social channels and managing account issues.
  • Project Planning: Implement all community content per strategic planning calendar and maintain planning calendar with input from client and team.
  • Quality Assurance: Load, test and proofread all community content before posting live to production.
  • Forward-Focused: Monitor social media marketing and research trends, platforms and technologies.

Paid Social Campaign Manager

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the growth of your accounts and the execution of campaigns (across paid social media), ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered while constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
  • Making spend forecasts and monitoring campaigns to deliver on agreed targets.
  • Leading in-depth analysis, trend spotting, accurate execution and reporting.
  • Management on a project basis and ensuring that we consistently deliver client expectations.
  • Be the main point of contact for your campaigns and establish a good relationship with clients.
  • Manage communication with all campaign stakeholders with a goal to always meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • In order to deliver top-class service, a detailed understanding of campaign dynamics and of the clients’ business will be needed.
  •  Operating across Campaign Management, Client Management, developing media skills and offering support to the team through training and sharing knowledge.

Social Media UK Community Manager

As in intern you’ll be helping our Community Managers who are responsible for a number of brands across many social media channels. Main responsibilities include helping to develop engaging content and optimising creative, helping with daily scheduling and moderation within the platform, and regular insights to reach client key KPIs and benchmarks. You will need:

  • Education: 2:1 degree from a top university
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
