Why personalised UX requires a new marketing mindset

Our co-founder Joel Davis believes we are rapidly approaching a time when every advertisement we see, whether we know it or not, will be 100 percent targeted at us and our interests. We are closer than ever to a new era where advertising will no longer be invasive or off-target, where consumers will finally get to enjoy a hyper-personalised UX.

Although Davis warns this will only occur if marketers grab this opportunity and allow consumers to play a central role in the marketing experience, rather than use the new tools but keep the old strategies.
